American Horror Story is renewed for 4th season

Anyone surprised with this news? I sure am not. Anyone who has actually seen the beginning of the 3rd season will know how strong the new season started (hints at Kathy Bates and basement scenes right at the beginning) and it already feels like AHS is becoming more and more like wine. It just gets better with age! 

First season was pretty decent, second season was really strong and Coven promises to be an even stronger one. Even if you might not believe it the cast itself is certainly enough to achieve it. Considering all the available episodes I've seen so far American Horror Story: Coven seems to be the best installment yet. And I'm pretty sure that the next season will be even stronger.

FX must be thinking the same thing because the network has ordered 13 episodes for the new season of American Horror Story which is produced by Ryan Murphy. Coven is also the show's most popular season with 7.7 million viewers and I believe the popularity of American Horror Story will become more widespread in time as the quality seems to get higher with every single episode let alone season!

Fingers crossed for more Kathy Bates, Jessica Lange and Frances Conroy for the next season :)
